18's Red finished 9th out of 19 teams, Won the Bronze Championships Division
17's Black finished 5th out of 13 teams, Won the Silver Championships Division
15's Black finished 9th out of 13 teams, Won the Bronze Championships Division
14's Black finished 6th out of 10 teams.

[2 Apr 08] Our 17's Black Team went to their 3rd National Tournament in Anaheim California on March 27th to 30th, they took 41st out of 69 teams. Great Job!!! We want to thank all the parents and family members that came to Anaheim to support their daughter and our Club.

 

 

[25 Mar 08] Our 17's Black Team competed in the Colorado Crossroads 17's Open Division in Denver Co March 14th - 16th.  They ended up 24th out of 29 teams. Great Job girls!!!  Check out the pictures on their page.

March 14th & 15th Reseeding for the 14's Red Team & 13's Red Team, Our 14's Red team moved up to 32 out of 60 teams & our 13's Red team is 49th out of 60  teams. Great Job!!!!
 
March 15th Event # 2 for our 14's Black team moved back up the 9th place out of 15 teams. Way to go!!!

[13 Mar 08]   The 15's went to the Colorado Crossroads Tournament in Denver CO on March 7th - 10th. They did a great job for their 1st National Tournament. They finished 69th out of 129 teams in their division. Congratulations girls!!!
 
The 14's Black Team went to the Colorado Crossroads Tournament in Denver CO on March 7th - 10th. They did a great job for their 1st National Tournament. They finished 99 out of 103 teams in their division. Congratulations Girls!!!


SUVA would especially like to THANK all the parents who came to support their daughter and our Club. We had such a great crowd at all the games, it really helped to have their support. We really appreciate it!!!!!

√ Our 17's Black moved to 22nd place out of 31 teams.

√ Our 14's Black team moved to 14th place out of 16 teams. Keep working hard to move back up the charts!!!

√ Our 18's Red team are still in 14th place out of 31 teams. Keep playing hard!


[20 Feb 08]   Our 17's Black team went to the Las Vegas Classic Tournament Feb 16th to 18th. They had a great tournament. They took 41st out of 103 teams in the 17's division. Congrats to them!!!

[17 Feb 08]  Our 14's Red team played great at their last tournament on Feb 16th Event #2, they are in 45th place out of 55 teams, due to missing Event #1 they moved down in the results, but keep playing hard and you'll move back up the chart!!! Congrats!!!

 

[17 Feb 08]  Our 13's Red team finally got to go to their 1st tournament on Feb 16th Event #2. They played great!!! They are in 42nd place out of 55 teams. Congrats to them!!!

 

[10 Feb 08]  Congrats to the 16's Red team they played great on their last tournament on Feb 9th Event #2 they moved to 7th out of 63 teams in that division. Keep up the good work!!!

Last week 17 Black and 18 Red played in their first tournament of the season.  17 Black finished 19th and 18 Red finished 14th out of 32 teams!  The following is how the rest of our young ladies finished:

- 15's Black 11th out of 32 teams in their division

13 Nov, Tue: 10-13 year old girls 7:00 to 8:30 pm

14 Nov, Wed: 14 & 15 year old girls 7:00 to 8:30 pm

15 Nov, Thu: 16, 17, & 18 year old girls 7:00 to 8:30 pm

 

Tryouts will be held at out Gym on the Blvd. above Charleston Auto Parts. (Formerly Bradshaw Auto Parts) 155 W. St. George Blvd.  Please remember to park on 200 West and walk over.  You need to come to tryouts in order to be placed on a Team.

You will need to Print and Fill out all (3) of the following forms and bring a small school photo.

USA Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championships

SUVA 18's had a great experience at the 28th Annual USA Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championships held in Minneapolis Minnesota July 2nd to July 7th!  The girls ended up 43rd out of 48 Teams in the National Division and would really like to say Thanks to all the Sponsors who helped each girl raise the money needed for this incredible experience.

Our 16's Red ended up in 45th place.

Our 18's Black & Red Team combined for this tournament and took 5th

in the 18's age division out of 18 teams that went to Regionals.

 

It's been another great season!! We want to Thank all the Coaches,

Players, & Parents for the support of our SUVA Volleyball Club.

29 Mar 07: We would like to Congratulate & Wish Good Luck to all the girls from our Club that went to this years High Performance tryouts for the 2007 Global Challenge to be held in Salt Lake City July 24th to 27th. There will be Teams from all over the United States & Teams from other Countries coming in to compete. We encourage anyone to go watch and support the girls if your up in Salt Lake at that time.
