New Registration Program!
Hope you are all well and are excited
for club season to get started again.
Many of you may have already received an
email from the
region office
stating that you must register your
child with USA volleyball before
try-outs. The email was a bit
unclear, so please print the attached
instructions on how to register your
child before you arrive at try-outs.
Please print and complete the Tryout Registration Form, USA MEMBERSHIP FORM and MEDICAL RELEASE FORM. The following is the basic tryout information but be sure to print out the Tryout Registration Form for all the details.
TRYOUT INFORMATION: GIRLS: Need to base Date of Tryouts on the age you will be as of Aug 31 09 * 10-13 yrs November 3rd 6:00 to 8:00pm * 14 yrs November 4th 6:00 to 8:00pm * 15 yrs November 10th 6:00 to 8:00pm * 16-17-18 yrs November 11th 6:00 to 8:00pm
BOYS * 15-18 yrs November 5th 6:00 to 8:00pm
TEAMS: * Region Team: is SLC Tournament only (Sign-up Fee $200) * National Team: is SLC Tourn & Out of State Tournaments (Sign-up Fee $300.) ** National Team Requires Sunday Play) * Clinic Team: 1 day a week of learning the game of Volleyball. Girls & Boys ages 8 to12 .Signup Fee $50 * Boys Team: Boys interested in Region Tournaments only, Ages 15 to 18. (Signup Fee $200)

[2 Apr 08] Our 17's Black Team went to their 3rd National Tournament in Anaheim California on March 27th to 30th, they took 41st out of 69 teams. Great Job!!! We want to thank all the parents and family members that came to Anaheim to support their daughter and our Club.

15's went to the
Colorado Crossroads Tournament in
Denver CO on March 7th - 10th.
They did a great job for their 1st
National Tournament. They finished 69th
out of 129 teams in their division.

[17 Feb 08] Our 14's Red team played great at their last tournament on Feb 16th Event #2, they are in 45th place out of 55 teams, due to missing Event #1 they moved down in the results, but keep playing hard and you'll move back up the chart!!! Congrats!!!
[17 Feb 08] Our 13's Red team finally got to go to their 1st tournament on Feb 16th Event #2. They played great!!! They are in 42nd place out of 55 teams. Congrats to them!!!
[10 Feb 08] Congrats to the 16's Red team they played great on their last tournament on Feb 9th Event #2 they moved to 7th out of 63 teams in that division. Keep up the good work!!!

Last week 17 Black and 18 Red played in their first tournament of the season. 17 Black finished 19th and 18 Red finished 14th out of 32 teams! The following is how the rest of our young ladies finished:

Tryouts will be held at out Gym on the Blvd. above Charleston Auto Parts. (Formerly Bradshaw Auto Parts) 155 W. St. George Blvd. Please remember to park on 200 West and walk over. You need to come to tryouts in order to be placed on a Team. You will need to Print and Fill out all (3) of the following forms and bring a small school photo.
USA Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championships SUVA 18's had a great experience at the 28th Annual USA Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championships held in Minneapolis Minnesota July 2nd to July 7th! The girls ended up 43rd out of 48 Teams in the National Division and would really like to say Thanks to all the Sponsors who helped each girl raise the money needed for this incredible experience. |
